Payment policy
- A full amount of entire stay is required upon the booking made and it's nonrefundable.
- In compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, all transactions will be charged in Indonesia Rupiah (IDR) at the hotel's prevailing exchange rate.
Cancellation policy
